1 week update + Reddish poop

Now my 4 chicks are about 1 1/2 weeks old. This was my first thread:
Since then I bought a bigger tot, and put some window screen on top to prevent them from jumping out.
This morning when I changed the shave, I saw some little red blood on the poop. Hopefully the photo is clear enough since the chick stepped on it already.
I also found out the poop were a little bit wattery these past 2 days.
Should I be worried? Thanks!

Looks like intestinal shedding. I would keep a close eye on the poop.
While the chicks are still quite young, it's good to watch the poop and behavior for Coccidiosis.

Curious, what is on top of your heat plate?

I put my kids' train toys to prevent them to walk around on top and make it their toilet. It got super nasty and dirty real quick. Is there a concern? Thanks!
