1 year old hen and still no eggs

She appears to be a perfectly healthy chicken, not too fat to lay, nor any obvious abnormalities. I would assume that she is simply barren; unable to lay eggs. As others said, she's a beautiful bird and I would assume that you would enjoy having her as a pet. As you seem to have ruled everything else out, I'd simply feed her and enjoy her making Snowy work for his share of attention...
