We just got our chickens last night. They are just over 1 year old and have been laying well. We got 8 hens and 1 rooster, they all came together from the same place. One hen does not seem to be doing very well. When we let them out last night into our coop this one didn't want to leave the carrier and then just sort of flopped on the ground and didn't move. This morning she is walking around a bit, but is VERY lethargic. She was a bit wet when I just checked on her, eyes mostly closed and it seemed like there was an almost whitish liquid coming down her face. She was standing by the waterer so it might just be from that, but we're BRAND new to this and really don't know what to do!! Any help would be much appreciated.

From the way she is acting, it sounds like she might have sour crop. (A chicken's crop is the sac- like organ they have at the base of their neck where they store food) You can tell she has sour crop if her breath smells bad, and her crop feels hard and swollen.

I think this link can help you out: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/681017/how-to-cure-sour-crop-crop-bound

Chickens get overheated being moved from place to place. She may not have tolerated it as well as the others, so I would watch her closely today for more symptoms. If you can get some electrolytes for chickens (Pedialyte works too) and make sure she is drinking--dip her beak if she is too lethargic. Hopefully she will perk up, but watch for more secretions that could be a symptom of respiratory disease or crop issues.
