10 week old chick

We still have our chix indoors in a pen together. Yesterday when we arrived home and checked on them, we noticed one hen was dead. Strangely, the inside of her buttocks was on the outside of her body. What in the world did she have?? Please help. I am worried abouth the other chix. Thank you.

Could have been prolapse rectom...but if the other chicks started pecking her, made her bleed at the vent..then they could have kept on till they pulled it out...
