10 week old turken male or female?

Definitely looking like a pullet. On the WCBP, the boys get super crazy hair while the girl almost look like they have a poofy bob.

How old? That looks like a poofy bob so far. 

I was thinking the same thing. Our 'Big Bird' (rooster) started out with a Mohawk rather than a round poof. This one is 12 weeks old.

Did you figure out the gender of your turkens yet? I have one that I'm thinking is a cockerel as well :/

I got 8 Turken chicks... at 4 weeks I can tell several of the boys by behavior alone. But they are also starting to show some difference in comb sizes.

I do! My turken is 5.5 weeks.

Well, I'm not gonna lie, he is awfully cute!

I'll have to go pay attention to mine and see... seems like the boys faces are turning red like yours is. I will have to look and see how my waddles are looking on the ones I know are boys.

Thanks! He is a cutie. Yeah I'm thinking cockerel because the wattles and face are pretty red. On top of that he has a deeper peep, almost a cluck already. But I don't know if turkens mature differently... this one was supposed to be sexed. We'll see!
