100 Hens what is a good roo count

I have 100 hens and I would like to be able to breed my naked neck roos with them and hatch out my own meat crosses. What is a good number of roos to keep with 100 hens?

I try to stay at 5-8 hens per roo.

1 rooster per every 8 hens.
12 to 14 roosters would be fine 16 to 18 would be better.
