11 Brooder Box babies and 4 outside babies!

Hi, I've only been raising chickens for 8 months now. Well as some of you know I had several eggs incubating and 10 under a broody hen. I now have 11 incubated babies healthy and happy inside in a brooder box and 4 outside with mommy. Just looking for any info on raising healthy babies. I feel in doing fine just wanting to see what others do.
