Achernar My pride and joy out of the cockerels.

Fawn breeds like Blue in that breeding Fawn to Fawn gives you about half Fawn chicks, a quarter Khaki (like the whitish cockerel in the above pictures) and a quarter Black. I'm really hoping for some Blacks this time around as I didn't get any last time I hatched them.

I'll be setting F2 silkie x silkie feathered ameraucana eggs, BBS English Orpingtons, polkies, assorted turkeys, and IF they end their strike, silkie feathered ameraucanas.

I’m in for hatching! will most likely be quail....not sure if coturnix or buttons yet.....I’d like to do ornamental pheasants, but I think it will be a bit early to acquire eggs Thanks for getting the thread started!!
