She is head of this testing. I am a tester but with my other half so sick I can not leave and go far.
I can or any of us that are licensed can do the first test. Then the second test for NPIP has to be done by a
usda tester then future test can be done by someone like me. Call and tell her what problem you are having getting a tester or even someone to return your calls.
