12 week old Cochin gender ?

I picked up these three Cochin chicks last night sexed as Pullets. I want to make 100% sure before getting too invested and attached. We have a blue , black and Barred.

Are they bantams?

They are not bantams from what the breeder told me. I was able to see the hen and rooster on site although they maybe younger then she told me.
