I have a chick that is 12ish weeks old. She has a leg injury (I'm guessing).
Some background...when this chick was about a week, maybe two, she was out with mama and other babies and I noticed she kept falling as she was trying to run with everyone else. She would try to walk/run, tumble a few steps in, rest and then do it all again. So I snatched her up to take a closer look and realized that her left foot was curled. Her toes would not flatten, so she was walking(attempting to walk) on the top of her foot. I did some research and tried a couple of things like making a 'shoe' type thing wrapped to her foot to keep it flat, all attempts quickly failed. We decided to keep her in the house away from the other chickens. We did daily physical therapy with her for a few days with no improvement. She was still very curious, seemed happy and not the least bit bothered by her disability. However it bothered me. I didn't feel that a perpetually summer salting chicken, as adorable as she was, would be able to live a good chicken life. So a friend contacted her chicken lady to inquire. She said it was some sort of deficiency, we got her some supplements and started giving her drops daily along with the physical therapy. Around day four she was able to flatten her foot. Still wobbly so we kept her separate. Since then she does much better, however her legs are still quite wobbly and the other chickens aren't fond of her, she is now the house hen.
A couple of days ago she slipped and has had a funky limp ever since. Same leg that she had problems with in the beginning. I don't know what to do/ how to fix it. If anyone has any ideas I would be eternally grateful. I have attached a couple of pictures, was going to attach a video, but have no clue how to do that, hopefully its enough that someone can help. Thank you all in advance.
IT'S HER RIGHT LEG THAT IS THE ISSUE

Is the back of her right hock joint flattened compared to the left leg? She may have suffered from a slipped tendon from birth. Leg bone deformities, such as varus or valgus, or a twisted tibia are some examples. Very few chicks with slipped tendons are fixed, and there is no cure for leg bone deformities. They can get worse with growing and age. She might have injured it more recently. Does she get around normally to eat and drink? B complex vitamins might help again while she is recovering. Chicken sling chairs can be helpful for chickens with leg problems, to get them up and in front of food and water. Resting the leg may help if there is a sprain, but tendon ruptures can sometimes happen.

Yes she does get to her food and water. Her legs seems to be better than it was. She's walking normal again, well what would be her normal, which is very unsteady. She tumbles a lot. She appears to be happy. Idk.
Thank you for your reply.
