13 week Americauna ROO???

Its no different than cinnamon queen, red star, golden comet etc being used as a "breed" to sell red sex links....they are not a breed either

true. here is a question then, since those are more specific varieties of hybrids bred specifically for egg production, would it be safe to say that a hatchery easter egger is their own specific mix bred for colored egg production as opposed to the high egg production?

But, they don't do a specific mix. So, no... that logic doesn't apply. I can tell you that as EE go, I think they are wonderful birds. I will always have some in my flock, as long as I keep chickens. As Forest Gump would say: "They're like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are gonna get."

There seems to be a widespread misunderstanding that EEs from hatcheries are Ameraucanas crossed with "something else" and that they do this for cost reduction because Ameraucanas are expensive. That's not at all the case. They've had their EEs since before Ameraucanas existed as a breed and the breeding program is the same as it's always been. The fact that there is no official SOP just means they are selecting based on egg production, shell color, and whatever physical traits they prefer but not plumage color/pattern or body type. The variability of chicks shows this.

OK, I'm in full agreement that it's an EE, not an Ameraucana. However, this doesn't look like a cockerel to me. The patterning makes feathers appear pointed that actually aren't plus it's pretty late for an EE cockerel to not have any comb development. There's also no sign of rooster wing patches so I'm thinking pullet. BTW, I have had a number of chicks with pointed feathers in their juvenile tail. That means nothing at all.
You were right! Over the past four weeks, all of her tail feathers fell out and run feathers have grown in. Still no crowing at 17 weeks so I'm assuming I have all pullets
