Not that you can 100% predict the time they hatch but if I want to wake up to chickies on Easter should I set them in the evening of the 25th?

Chicken eggs take on average 21 days to hatch, so you'd want to set them on the 27th if you're aiming for Easter chicks rather than having them hatch the day before Easter.

Editing because I've reread the question and I don't think I fully registered what you meant at first. If you want them to hatch overnight and be finished hatching on Easter morning, your best bet is to set them late in the evening on the 26th!

I just realized this morning that my EHAL eggs ship in a week!! I feel both super excited and like I'm very unprepared! Gotta get an incubator cleaned and ready before they ship!!

I think anytime after Saturday (the 19th) would probably be fine (granted, I've never hatched!) However, the fresher the better!
