I'm going to count how many feet it takes for me to get to my quail cage from my incubator!

You did the right thing by waiting…..temps can be uneven throughout some incubators and instruments can be flawed so maybe there’s still a chance that a few survived the overheating incident

Well, not mine.

Sorry to laugh, but I’ve had that happen so many times! .
Just a hint with broody candling……i throw my incubrite in my jacket pocket and Ive gotten candling pics and video before it’s even dark out . Less chance of dropping an egg by trying to bring it in the house to candle
