15 eggs

ok ..this is my first time with chickens, and my question is : when can I start to eat the eggs ? she laid an egg a day for 15 days straight. So I have 15 eggs ..she doesn't seem to be sitting on them for making babies, and I don't want them to go bad or to waste.
I've heard they will sit when they're done laying and she may not be done yet ? please help ?? thanks

Do you have a rooster also?

yes one rooster ..and I've seen him jumping the hen that is laying eggs
so I'm thinking some might be fertile ?

You may be right. She may not go broody and sit on the eggs. Someone more knowledgeable than I will know about eating the eggs. A chicken will lay about 1 egg a day. That means some of the eggs have been there for at least 15 days. If I am in doubt, I toss em. She will make more. I would like to see more info on this though from someone more "in the know".
