15 week Splash Ameraucana - hen or rooster?

This is Chick Chick America (my five year old is the chicken namer around here). She? is a 15-week-old Splash Ameraucana who was sexed as a female chick from My Pet Chicken. This is our first Ameraucana and her prominent tail feathers are causing me to question her gender identity. She had no tail for the longest time, and a few weeks ago it showed up practically overnight. I only care because I am sadly not allowed roosters in our neighborhood.
