16 eggs, 3 species, 1 homemade incubator: Will it be done?

Question for all of you. Do you think I should move the 2 eggs to my new battor. They are to go on lockdown today.

I'm getting paranoid.
It's been at least 12 hours since external pips for all, 24 since E.P for a few.
No progress is being made. I had to pierce the membrane on a few eggs that had been E.P'd for over 24 hours but didn't break the membrane.
The membranes on all eggs are very thick.

My weirdos are taking a long time to hatch too. 1st external pip and then nothing for about 24 hours. They've ended up hatching fine so far (1 small external pip this morning from the 4th).

I know duck eggs take a LONG time to hatch, but I don't know the time frame for them exactly, or the time frame for guineas
@Pyxis

Yep, ducks take a long time sometimes. They can take up to 48 hours from the time they externally pip to zip and hatch.

Guineas are more similar to chicks in my experience.
