17 week old Orpington - pullet or cockerel

We've had what I thought was a pullet but now I am not sure. He / she will be 17 weeks tomorrow.

She was hatched at the same time as a cockrel (the black orpington in these photos). The Cockerel is bigger and has much more developed wattle / comb etc but the blue orpington I thought was a pullet now has some different coloured feathers coming through at the neck - does this mean cockerel?

Pullet? on left, cockerel on right. Photo is a bit deceiving size wise, the cockerel is noticeably bigger.

Orange / brown colouring starting to come through at top of neck

Not a usual pose, it was quite windy today

Cockerel 2 weeks ago - still more developed then.

She's a pullet with some reddish leakage in her hackle feathers.
