19 and a half weeks old and still no eggs :( egg countdown anyone??

These are the eggs we collected for Sunday Brunch yesterday. That tiny pink egg on the top left is the Buff Orpingtong's first effort. Isn't it sweet?!?

In our disappointment, we ordered 5-6 of each of the breeds available. That makes sense, right? Dad said 5 or 6.

Obviously, we scored some EE's anyway ... other customers were slow to pick up their order, and we swooped in! Can't wait until they start to lay!

Thanks She's such a love, always wants me to pick her up and carry her around, and is simply over the moon when she sits on my lap in the yard. She closes her eyes and fully relaxes and just wants me to scratch her all over.

On a good note, I just found one of my Easter Eggers sitting in the nest box for a good long time! She didn't leave anything there and she did get up while I was in the run because she wanted treats too, but I have a feeling we'll have a blue egg by the end of the day!!! We shall see...don't want to get my hopes up too much.
