19 week old Olive egger gender?

I’m leaning towards pullet, but she is 19 weeks old and hasn’t laid yet. No signs of crouching.

Pullet, for sure. I have an Olive Egger of the same variety but she doesn't have quite the crest that yours does.
PS-I'd say give her a couple more weeks on the egg-laying front...
