1st quail hatch. Day 18 no hatches. Help.

Hello,
I had two dozen quail eggs. I got within a day from each other in the mail.

Batch 1: Recieved them April 6th at 12pm and put them in incubator at 12am.
Batch 2: received them April 7th at 12pm and put them in incubator at 12am

Two different incubators.
My first batch has hatched. I got 13 out of 18. I'm still waiting 24hrs for the rest to possibly hatch.

My second batch I think I messed up. None have hatched yet. I stopped turning them with the first batch which was April 14th.

Did I mess them up?
Are they going to hatch?
What should i do now?

If you did everything right, quails that don't pip by day 21 is dead, as I learned from my experience. I was using homemade incubators though. How was it?
