1st time baby chick owner HELP!

My 3 baby chicks have seemed normal for the most part they are active they eat and drink they are about 1 week old. I saw 2 of them today make a poop that was very brown or like a dark orangeish brown, it was also watery, well, more like very loose but sticky. I started to get a bit scared. They don't seem like they have lost any appetite or thirst but i have been trying to remove the dark poos or cover them with a lot of shavings so that they don't walk in it or try to peck at it. I am worried, PLEASE HELP!

P.S. They have other very normal looking poos in there but I don't know how often or anything that this dark poo is happening i just try to rid their pen of it asap.

The poo you described sounds normal to me. They have a caecal poo every 8 poos which is liquid.

What you want to be looking for is liquid blood in the poo- that would be a sign of coccidiosis and would need immediate treatment. What you described sounds like a caecal poo (normal).

Do i need to keep removing it? Is it safe to leave it so that i can just change their bedding regularly?

It's safe to leave it but I usually clean poop out regularly several times a day so that the bedding lasts longer, myself.

You can just change your bedding as usual...no special care needed with caecal poos. They will do that their whole lives and it is messy to deal with, but just a part of chicken keeping.
