I have a flock of approximately 1yr old layers. They’ve been good producers and are on a 16% layer along with calcium supplement available. About 4 months ago one started laying a soft shell under the roosting bar about once a week and about once a month there is a strange spiral shaped membrane. It’s almost like the entire egg making machinery is shedding. I have been able to target what hen it is. All are acting normal and well.

Sorry, typo. I HAVE NOT been able to ID the hen. Whole flock is acting normal and healthy, eating well, with good energy.
I kinda wondered, why I posed it as a question.
Well, it doesn't much matter as they are all acting OK,
and there's not much you can do about it even if you did know.
