2 extra roos, not the normal roos, silkie crosses how to cook??

ok so our 2 silkie leghorn crosses, are in the freezer, how ever im wondering if i cook them any differently than my other chickens?? im eager to try them! any suggestions?? the dark meat is a bit weird! lol
 
They are just chickens, cooking will be the same as any other breed. Age may be a factor though. If they are older, slow moist cooking is called for. Don't forget to rest or brine them if you haven't already-it really helps with the tenderness. Enjoy them
