2 hens dead, runny poop

3 others are acting lethargic and I could see evidence of runny poop on them. It has a different smell.I found blood on an egg - so the poop is bloody. The one I saw was very watery.

They were vaccinated for Marek's disease - so I think I'll try Corid.

Here is the dosing for Corid, I agree with others and I would treat. It won't do any harm if it's something else. Outbreaks seem to be more common after wet, rainy periods when the ground stays wet. Use the severe outbreak dosing and in addition to this treatment in water give any birds who are having symptoms an oral dose, dosing for that is here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/corid-oral-drench-instructions.1211991/
Make sure medicated water is the only water available during treatment, and don't give vitamins supplements during treatment as it may reduce the effectiveness of the medication.

Thanks so much - I stupidly don't have any on hand and local feed does not carry it - placed order for delivery tomorrow. Is there anything I can do in meantime? I have Nutri-drench. Will that help or hinder?

Do you have any other livestock supply stores or Tractor Supply's near enough to drive?
It will usually be in the livestock section, rather than the poultry section, either powder or liquid will work.
Waiting is risky, but if it's the only choice, then it's the only choice. Coccidiosis can progress rapidly, it just depends on the strain, and since you already have lost a couple of birds I'd start treatment as quickly as you can.
There is an 'old fashioned' treatment of a milk flush that might be worth trying to buy you some time. I've never done it so don't know if it's worth it or not, but you could look it up if you want to try if you have no other options. It won't treat, but might buy you some time, I just don't know. I'd be concerned about causing dehydration in already sick birds.
If you have a vet that you can ask they may be able to give you enough for a day until yours arrives, or some sulfa antibiotics that will also treat it. Or alternately if you know anyone else nearby that keeps chickens, they may have some on hand.
Sorry, not much help. I wish you best of luck with them.

Good luck and let us know how they are doing. Ive had my run with cocci and it was so fast, that I don't mess around waiting if I even suspect it. Make sure you give them some directly into their beaks to get them started.
