2 month old chick cant walk

i was told botulism. does anyone know if this would actually cause her not to be able to walk? the chick is a silver laced wynadette.

Botulism can cause mobility and nerve problems. Do you have her in area that might have stail or old food near it? Also, are any other birds having similar problems?
