Though, it does have niacin supplements listed under ingredients. I wouldn't rule it out though, because it can vary by duck. Especially if they're smaller and going into a big growth-spurt. I've had one duck that nearly died by deficiency while on the same amount as my other ducks. I'd double check with someone more knowledgeable on it, because too much niacin can be just as harmful.

I should probably add that this isn’t their normal cage it’s the mean babies cage and they’re much smaller. I moved the food and water out for the video. I couldn’t get the wheezing sound on video because it’s so quiet. I think the only reason she was standing outside the cage is my kitchen is a very unfamiliar place to her, she has been laying down like she does in the cage. I also found it very difficult picking them up with one hand

B12 isn't niacin so giving just b12 isn't going to help much it needs to be the B Complex, Walmart has it for humans and most likely any store that sells vitamins. Or TSC carries it for cattle if you get the cattle one it's 1 ML daily human is 1 Tab daily and your feed does not have enough niacin for waterfowl. Most of us use chick starter because we either have a mix flock or can't get water fowl feed so we have to supplement and since the Bs are water soluble what they don't need they pee out. All of our ducklings and goslings should be supplemented even those that aren't showing any symptoms of deficiency. It can keep them from having one. Is she eating and drinking? to get her to take the B complex put it over thawed peas or dried meal worms they will usually gobble their treats down pretty well with the complex on it. I would do it asap.
FYI this may not be a niacin def but it's rule out when it's our birds so we have to start somewhere. If your hearing wheezing then there is something else that needs to be delt with.
