2 Rouen Ducklings 9 weeks old

We have 2 Rouen Ducklings that are close to 9 weeks old. Not sure of their sex, although one seems to be making a raspier sound. We bought them from Tractor Supply. Our duck area is too small for the 6 that we have now. The 2 Rouens are on chick grower, lettuce treats, and are able to free range most evenings. Are they outdoors and totally off heat? (Sorry I don't know this about ducks, just chickens) How far are you from Fairplay?
