2 sapphire gems do i have a roo?

So this is my first post. I've been busy reading through previous posts trying to see if someone has any similar pics. I had no such luck so today I figured I'm tried of guessing and this community seems to be so helpful and compassionate. So I feel safe asking the questions. =)

These 2 sapphire gems was bought at rural king they are approximately 13 weeks old my question is.... does I have a roo I have a big inkling midnight is a roo. First 2 pics are midnight next 2 pics is stormy.

Both pullets. Sapphire Gems are actually easy to sex because the males will all be barred.

They could also be another breed sapphire gem was just what rural king had them labeled

Yes they can.
I know Hoover's changed what birds they used to make theirs and the leakage was quite common in the newer ones especially on the male birds.
Unsure if others also changed what they were using.

I love the red, but have no idea ... but the lacing looks like pullet to me
