Hannah, received my eggs this morning, beautiful packing job, all under momma hen, she took them right away and was finally glad she had some eggs that I wasn't going to steal because they weren't fertile. Your money order went out in today's mail so please let me know when you receive it.

I was surprised at the two different egg sizes, do some silkies lay bigger eggs or were they both from the same hen?

I have a black hen Wooly that lays that large egg. She is one of my hens that has a single comb. Otherwise I'd show her as a standard silkie. I seriously think she weigh close to five pounds!! I'm going to weigh her tonight on our scale.

Please let me know how candling goes and when the chicks hatch make sure to post pictures!
