2 week old baby chick can barely walk

Hi ya'll, I have a baby chick that started limping about a week and a half ago. We thought maybe she stepped off the top of the brooder wrong and maybe it was sore, so we put her in a separate bin with another of her little friends so she could heal up without being bullied. We got confirmation that she hadn't broken it. Now she can hardly walk, the right leg is totally stretched out to the side. She has to flap her wings for balance. She's eating and drinking. I'm afraid the leg has grown wrong, and someone told me she might have dislocated her hip...? I've heard of one legged chickens living as happy a life as they can, and if she has to join the ranks of one legged birds that's totally fine. I just want to find out if there is any way I can help her. Thank you in advance!
