2 weeks an still no answer!?!?!

I sent my deposit in to Holderread 2 weeks ago today and i still havent got an email phome call nothing back?? Should i Be worried??

They're very reputable, probably just busy. What are you getting? Is it adult birds that will ship this year or babies? I've never ordered from them but asked about ordering and it took over a month to get an answer. I thought they weren't going to bother but when they did they were very nice.

I had asked them a question also. Buy the time they got back to me, I had forgotten what I asked them. What a way to do business!

Holdereads are as good as it gets. They are busy sorting and shipping adult birds this time of year. Have you emailed them?

Understand that you are not dealing with a giant business full of 9-5 employees that are on hand to answer questions.

They have always answered my emails, but sometimes I have had to wait a while. If you are concerned then send another email. Most of the time I received answers quickly, but there were times when we would exchange a half dozen emails, then I wouldn't hear anything back for a week or two.

These are busy people who provide an invaluable service. Please treat them moreso like passionate individuals rather than a for-profit company.

Famous or not, busy or not its a simply courtesy
to confirm that you have received orders or deposits from your buyers.
Trying to catch Dave in the house is major iffy
and if you live in the eastern standard time zone
your best bet is to call around 10 - 11:00 PM.
Try emailing with "Attention Wanita" in the subject line.
She's Dave's SIL secretary and usually quicker to reply.
