2-year-old hen has never molted

Poor Bagheera. Her feathers are a mess and she lays like a machine. Her little body has never taken a break from laying and she still hasn’t molted at over two years old. Love her! She has scattered dark, shiny feathers amidst the old taterred ones. Kinda like the shiny scales in the children’s book, Rainbow Fish.

You could force molt her since she may not molt on her own till after the summer solstice.
