2 yr old started laying broken eggs

I have been raising chickens for 3 years and have never experience this. I have a 2 year old RIR that just started laying broken eggs all of a sudden for the past month now. She has access to oyster shells at all times and my flock is on fermented food. My other 7 hens are doing fine. No problems and their eggs are good. She seems to be healthy and fine -- just laying broken eggs. Any suggests on how to help her get back to laying a solid egg?

It is getting late in the laying season and hens are starting to get deficient. I see some brittle eggs this time of years too on occasion. Your hen will quit laying in the next few months to recover and molt and she should replenish the calcium reserves in her bones. Than when she resumes again the shells should be stronger.
