20 week chickens pellets or hens?

I still don’t know their gender! There hasn’t been any crowing, Piper even had vent gleet and expelled what may have been egg material, Piper and Neutral are both vocal and do peck sometimes for food and Pecky is on the bottom for the hierarchy. I included a bunch of photos hoping that would help! First time chicken owner hoping they are all hens

What signs should I be looking for? Or is there any way for me to check at this point? I had asked for help too when they were chicks but it was hard to tell and I got varied answers. Thank you!

They are all pullets - about to start laying. Pullets are females less than a year old. After a year old they are referred to as hens. Pellets are used as bedding.
