A few regular, nice, backyard chickens are the ones sold for $20. I personally think any mean bird is best in a stew.
ETS: Also if these birds were really close to the breed standard there are enthusiasts out there willing to pay $200 for them. Out in west Texas some birds are known to go for close (if not over) $1,000!
They're nice breeds, most people report them being like dogs.
As for them looking like Cornish that is because Cornish games were created with Asils (Or aseels).. Along with other breeds, Oriental gamefowl are in probably 90% of the production breeds today.
I had no clue what they were. I know the people thought they was goin to get good money for them. But, I also thought I was going to get better than 50 cents each on 2 buff orpington roo's and $1.50 for a hen and roo in silver laced wayndottes.. LOL
