No, really, you did a wonderful job on that block. I have never seen one like that. You were very creative with that fabric. Great Job!!!!!

Well I sent my block off to # 1California Chick during my lunch hour today. I so hope it works good for her.

I am so ready to sign up for my March block when we get to

This is so much fun and I am getting to learn a lot also: "Add a little more to the measurement then you think", "so it might be closer to the right size when you are done"

You are 1 1/2 inches short for your 12 1/2 in block. If you cut for 1 inch like you ask you are still going to be a 1/2 inch short.

For the 1 1/2 inches short that you are you should cut a 2 inch strip leaving 1/4 of an inch on each side of your 1 1/2 inches.

Good morning ladies and gents. I hope that you are ready today for the making of your blocks if you haven't already. Please remember....these blocks have to be sent out by Feb. 20th.

IF, for some reason, you can't get your block sent out on time, PLEASE PM me and let me know. I don't want anyone that has participated to not get their block.

Also anyone that does not send out a block without contacting me will not be allowed to be part of the March Swap. I hope I don't sound to harsh but this has to be to keep everyone happy.

Me and the fabric had a throwdown this morning. I think it won. That's what I get for buying more fabric and there being only one of me. Even brought the sewing machine in on it. Should have seen it! Triangles flying through the air, blood splurting in all directions. Tears, gosh there were sooo many tears. Took all my energy to crawl away from the melee!
