I am so glad to hear Wildsky arrived safely and I so hope she has a wonderful time with her loved ones. I sure miss her though and send a GREAT BIG

This has been a major busy week, besides work, dentist, church kids group and then (from my new book, I really liked this design) Thursday I created another origami block

This one is for the baby quilt chicken women is working on, it will need to be cut down just a little. I had to add the border to get it to the needed size and of course this made it a smidgen to big. I hope it will work. Sorry chicken women it has to go snail (another block in the making) mail

skand remember a few posts back, me talking about adding extra when you measure? Be sure to reeeaaallly add exxxtttrrraaa. On Baby Snoopy block, I added 1/2 inch seam allowance on every side of every piece and where every cut was. And then when sewn, the darn thing still came out a little short 
. How can you have enough for 1/2 inch seam all the way around each piece, sew a 1/4 inch seam around each piece and it still come out too small?

Next block, I am going to add enough for a full inch seam allowance everywhere. That should work!
I am so excited about next month and seeing what I can create for who I get next
