I'm really enjoying participating in the block swap. Looking at all the blocks folks are sharing is a real treat. Plus making new friends is the icing on the cake!!!

Long overdue here for a post. I must say though, those are some nice blocks you have there Chevy.

YOu girls are awesome when it comes to sewing together a quilt block. I have to get mine sent out tomorrow.

I have been so busy here lately with the chickens, new chicks, gardening, schooling, etc. I will check in as often as I can. Also, I'll get the May swap up and going as soon as possible, so don't any of you fret it.

Keep up the great work. You are all doing an awesome job.

I can't tell or not for sure but did the button break Chevy for the eye? I was worried about that and tried to pack tissue around it and marked fragile on the envelope. It was one of those abalone shell buttons, I can send you another if it was broken.

Lunachick--I got your block back in the mail--I didn't have enough postage on it (oops!) I mailed it out yesterday afternoon priority from the PO. Should get it Monday or Tuesday.

Ok was going to get my blocks out this week but my grandson has been having to go to hospital just about every day this week because of hives.

So tomorrow or Sunday I will be sewing my 4 blocks and getting them into the mail by Monday so a big sorry to the following ladies as they will be late. Sorry

Will post when they are on their way. Again sorry, I am waiting to hear from my daughter again as he just went in again tonight. Poor kid those hives are bigger than 50 cent pieces and are all over his body.
