I know this closed long ago but I'm posting here because sometimes people get confused about wiring their incubator. I also know someone else has a very good wiring chart but I want my 2 cents hehe.
When installing it all, make sure the BACK of the thermostat is close to the bulb. Around 3" and with some playing around, you can get zero variation in temp, but leave it a while before playing with it because you'll get some weird swings at first till the whole thing is settled in.
I promised to inform you how the breed has gone. I have 54 eggs laid into my freezer incubator to breed up to 18 days. On the 19th day I have 50 fertilized eggs transferred to the still air incubator for the eggs to hatch. Unfortunately, I knocked at the thermostat and the temperature was too high for 2 hours, about 103 Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, some died but I still have 27 beautiful chicks. Greetings Arie
