My little basket of today's batch. I wish I had more olive eggers and marans to add to the basket but they are being lazy. My SL Wyandotte, Buff Orpington, Minorca, Delawares and Easter Eggers are busy though. Note: No chickens were harmed (or plucked) in the making of this picture

What is recommended for this contest: are there certain themes that would do better than others? Because my idea of 'natural eggs' is eggs in the nest, before anyone moves them.

But I am wondering if I should be more creative than that...

get as creative as you can and take BEAUTIFUL photos! 2 photos!

Take photos of your eggs in interesting arrangements and settings! 2 photo entries per contestant

Personally, I think you should just put what's appealing to you

Of course I'm not a mod. But the impression I got was that if you want to set your eggs in a creative arrangement, you can.
