Scooby-Doo my rooster is a handsome boy! And yes those are little crosses for graves of beloved pets. Blue, Betty and Baby are my Lavender Orpington hens, they love having there pictures taken.

Awe, thank you. She was half the size of the other 2 when she hatched. Of course she was spoiled rotten!

Mine are good layers, an egg a day. They slow down to an egg every other day in the Winter. I don't put a light or anything with them. The best thing about Orps, in my opinion, is their friendly personable nature. Even the roosters are friendly!
