Do you need egg cartons ? I still have tons ..LOL
Oooooo, I would love a couple of Rose of Sharon. I just read that their flowers are edible. Maybe I could get them from you without dragging them to Tabs and back?

Probably ...I go into Syracuse every 2 weeks ..ask me about them again when it actually gets spring

Yuck! Here it's just raining, thank goodness. I need the snow to melt so I can get my nearly four month old 'babies' out of the workshop and finish my third coop. Hurry up and go away already!

That's what I get for moving from Plattsburgh to the snow belt. Oh well, at least it's normally warmer here, well except for this year. Yeah I have some not so babies I need out as well. Hopefully this is the last snow. We are supposed to get upwards of 10 inches, which isn't much for down here, but still.

Gramma, I would meet you anywhere, or you could come here and visit with the flock, or I could drive to Jordan for seedlings. What colr do you think they will be when they flower?

We have rain here. The barn is flooded and there is 2-3 inches in our basement. I'll have to let the ducks loose in the barn. At least they'll enjoy it.

Well the creek has risen here but no water in the basement. We have a sump pump and that works okay. However there is a tree that has fallen and the top hit the back hoop coop just a bit. No damage but there are others I expect to fall. One right over the hoop. I have no saw nor way of cutting it down in it's present position.

It's supposed to be 60 tomorrow and is in the 40's right now... Hopefully it doesn't rain, because there will be some flooding with all the snow suddenly melting if it rains on top of it. Thankfully we've yet to have flooding here. The pasture turns into a pond in some areas, though. The ducks love it.

That creek/stream behind my house is roaring so loud, sounds like a waterfall. I just wonder where all that water is racing off to. I haven't been out yet to see if it's causing any flooding on the road down a bit from me. The Onondaga Creek that runs by here flooded the road across the street from me. They have cones up down there, its way up over the bridge.

Would to God they maintained the water ways. Eg. cleaning all the downed trees and garbage that fall into the creeks, streams and rivers. I don't have the equipment but it would be better if they could just pull the stuff to the shore so the water can flow freely.
