Good question I think they lay eggs with or without being bred though. Ice was scratching in the nest box and laying down in there yesterday afternoon like she was going to lay, but today I didn't find an egg and she wasn't puffed like she needed to lay. I am thinking I still have a rat problem and they might be getting a few of my eggs. The bait box was completely empty they have eaten all of the poison so I re-baited it. I need to check it to see if anything is eating it.
