A tiny scale is on my shopping list, along with about a dozen other things. (It's eggs, pretty, blue, giant eggs)

I'm not looking for a scale, but where did you get your candler???

13 hatched so far, 12 buff colored and 1 black. Black is my sex link. Which means it is probably a roo. (Buff x barred) (pullet buff & cockerel black if I understand correctly)

I find this interesting..you have more buff coloring going on than black.

Haha, I cut an empty toilet paper roll lengthwise and rerolled it smaller, taped it, and stuck it over an LED flashlight.

It's super effective.

Hi all. Sorry been m.i.a.

Have been working on expanding the pig pen for Elvis and Priscilla. Had quite a lot of rain and their pen flooded (expecting more this weekend)

All my chicks are doing good. I had to move the 69 quail I have out to the grow out pen. My shed smelled like crap.

The 3 lo's and lav ameracaunas are doing good. I wanted to sell the 3 lo's but I'm thinking about keeping them and seeing what colors I can come up if I put them with my lemon cuckoo orps.

CONGRATS to all on the hatches and precious pictures. Today is day 14 and I can't wait til it gets dark so I can candle. I found a great deal at Kohl's on some lights and I can now see through shells I couldn't before. I'm so excited
