Thanks you tj and BTW bantambury I love the laundry line how ever did you get her to wear that? I had such a hard time getting Ginger to tolerate her costume there was lots of bribing with scratch before and after lol thankfully she has forgiven me lol
haha! enid is a pretty laid back girl and she didn't care it was on her. she even walked around eating grass with it on. LOL

Ginger is usually very laid back too but whe I tried to slip the suspender over her head she was like "Youlk never take me alive!" Lol that and I didn't think to measure her and made it too long and she kept tripping over it and panicking. Lol that's why I finally had to hold her for the pictures

can you get a shot from the top looking straight down on him/her on a piece of white paper, maybe I can tell, its hard seeing with dark ones
I tried uploading an image to show you the shot, but for some reason I cant upload right now

I can post one as soon As I find my phone... LOL I am 99% Sure that nemo Is frizzled. The wing feathers kind of point outwards at the tips

I separated them because the silkies were a lot older, didn't want them squishing the new little ones, they are all together now.

I am pretty sure these all will lay a colored egg..but, having said that..I waited all last spring for a gal to start laying that came from the prettiest Olive egg color..when she finally laid that egg, it was brown.   Mom was a Wellie or sexlink..soo..

These eggs came from someone that does EE's, so not worried about getting a brown egg..but maybe one that is supposed to be pink.  There were a couple in there that were a light pinkish brown.   But oh my goodness, those eggs were pretty!   Looking forward to some nice OE eggs.  And then there were the blues!
I have one girl that also lays pale pink eggs, but no way could any of my other be an EE, I don't think, as they are Delaware, BR, Australorpe (and she's the one I'm suspecting is giving me those eggs). My EE gives us blue eggs and my little bantam, Diva graces us with very small white ones when she's in the mood:) I have one hen who lays her egg and pokes a hole in the end of it . Can't figure out which one is the little stinker who's doing that:)

Have to ask, is it a hole, like an open hole, or is it a flattened little area in the end. I found that if they are laying on a hardened surface, like they used to before I put carpet in, then if the egg was pushed out pretty fast, they would get flattened. I used to think just having the shavings in there was good enough, but they do move it around, some of them, to make a nice little round nest, then it exposed the wood. Now having that carpet has stopped that from happening. Just a thought, a better thought that someone is pecking a hole in their egg! Good luck on finding out what's up!

Hi everyone!!! Wow, sorry I've been off so long..........got sick, have company and babies hatching all over.........the new 96 egg bator was crap so eggs stopped turning on BOTH turners and the poor eggs sat a couple days before I noticed with all going on. Guess they'll get thrown today. Your babies are AWESOME!!!!!
