The big double coop is on the side of the house. The dogs in the middle and pig on other side of fence on pool side.and the other area is where the other coop is. There's a pool in center of it. We put up the fence so 4 year old wouldn't fall in pool. Dogs had a lot of ear infections in water.

About shipping eggs on Saturday...I wouldn't worry. The Postmaster here told me that mail doesn't stop moving on Sundays. It just isn't delivered on Sunday. So, Friday is a bad day to ship, then they might sit somewhere on Sunday waiting for the Monday delivery truck. but if shipped on Saturday they should arrive in the normal 2-3 day time frame as usual.
We often ship on Saturday for a Monday delivery. I don't think it's optimal only because Monday is such a busy day for the Post office. Prefer to ship Monday-Wednesday.

We were told she is an Americauna, but someone recently on one of the forums said she's an EE. I have no idea what a Cochin is. Here's a pic.The hen is the blue or gray one, whichever you'd prefer to call her coloring. I call her blue and she (Goldie) is on the far right. Frizzle, our roo, is in the middle behind the feeder. We bought him from a local feed store. If you can tell 100% about both, I'd love to know the correct breed too:) The old man we bought Goldie from is who we also bought our ducks from. He thought the ducks were mallards. I learned on the duck forum they are WH., so as with the ducks, he may have made a mistake on Goldie's breed too. Thanks:) .
Well, he's not a typical frizzle, that's for sure. Usually frizzles (from hatcheries) are Cochins, or Cochin mixes. He might be a frizzled Naked Neck. Goldie is an Easter Egger.
Thanks. Frizzle(that's what I call him bc I like the word.lol)doesn't have a naked neck at least not like the pix of naked necks I've seen on here. But if he's a cross maybe his frazzled feather patterns hides a lot of his neck. Now tomorrow I'm going to be looking at him with different eyes:)He's quite small too. That's not a very good shot of him. I'd take a new one, but he's molted so much he looks pathetic right now:)

I'm not sure if this pic of him is any better. It's awfully blurry. I'm beginning to think people here don't know what they have honestly. I am thinking most here are cross breeds, but they sell them as pure breeds. From this particular feed store, I would have thought they would have been precise in what breed or cross they were selling. Kind of irks me, bc then when I tell others, like you all on BYC,that I have a Frizzle roo or an Americauna hen, it makes me feel like a real fool when I learn differently. I love my roo and my 5 hens regardless. The hens are all sweet. Heck, Diva could live in my house, she's so docile and spoiled rotten:) Frizzle is sort of crazy but in a cool way:) I've no intentions of ever selling any birds-eggs yes;birds no. We will enjoy our birds and their eggs, and we may or may not ever process the chickens, but let them live out their lives healthy and happy. It's not terribly important, but more a curiosity of what breeds I have,so I don't keep telling others the wrong thing and spreading the ignorance passed on to me from the sellers. This is just one reason I love BYC. There are so many knowledgeable bird people on here, & I learn so much:)

A Coachin has feathered legs, a bantum can also be Frizzled. They are us3eually low to the ground short backed without much of a tail but the rooster has a smallish tail compaired to other roosters.
My Frizzle, as you can see in the pix, doesn't have leg feathers, so guess there's no Cochin in him, but the rest of your description does fit him to a T. Thank you:)

Do you think you could get a Better picture of her? And maybe the rooster too
I don't think I have another pic of Goldie on this sd phone card, but if it's not still raining elephants here tomorrow, I'll try to get a new pic of her. She's really quite pretty:)
