Same, at 3 months you should be able to tell, the opal chick i showed you earlier turned out to be a hen.So since we've determined my peachicks are opal and they're growing like weeds, I was wondering how early I can expect to be able to sex them. Is it the same as IB or are opals harder to sex? Just wondering if I should go ahead and get them DNA feather sexed or not.
ETA: Just realized i showed the young opal chicks picture in this thread, these are still young can't tell their gender yet. The oldest chick is the one who turned out to be a hen.
