tap test, tap the egg, see if it taps back

if temps have been down for any period of time it may hatch late

ducks take WAAAAAYYYYY longer to hatch, is it internally pipped?

im thinking it is because the air cell looks different but im not a 100% sure. I will try the tap test boy i thought this duck egg would be a breeze since my chicks hatched first and i got the first time hatcher jitters out of the way i was way wrong lol

ducks are very different

they internal pip, 24 hours external pip (or safety hole), over the next 24 hours they enlarge the pip, but not zipping yet, they turn in the shell a couple times, and then zip

all said, it can be 24-36 hours from external pip to zip
