I had 4 set to hatch Wednesday. 3 stopped developing and didn’t do anything, 1 broke halfway out of the egg and died. Super discouraging but I still have one due to hatch Monday if it’s still growing, and 6 out of 7 from Kedreeva looked viable when I candled last week. Hopefully they can turn this into a good first breeding season for me.

Sounds like they didn't lose enough moisture, what is your humidity setting?

Sounds like they didn't lose enough moisture, what is your humidity setting?

What humidity to you use?

While they are on the turner I have it set around 65% but it varies between 60-68% and when I took them off the turner I bumped it to mid 70s.

I use a genesis 1588 by hovabator for the first 26 days and transfer them to my other one which is a little giant I believe for hatching. It’s hard to keep humidity stable sometimes but I’m making sure there’s water in at all times to keep humidity
